History
Since its founding more than 15 years ago, the in-house development team has created some of the most desirable properties. These include both luxury homes and smaller, more cost effective properties in various prime locations. Projects are and operations by Allen Rheeder. Projects are managed from the vacant land to the start-up process through to the final marketing and sale of new residential homes.
Always working in conjunction with the wishes and tastes of our clients, new customers can expect tailor-made plans which suit their every need. With the team at RB Creations being responsible for every part of the planning and building process, customers are kept fully abreast of all the various stages involved in creating their new homes. These include all facets of development such as town planning, architectural design and construction management. RB Creations have full involvement on a day-to-day basis.
